Sarah and her father, Francis were baptised and buried here.

In 1841 William is 70 and Sarah, 65 they are located at Heath? House Lowestoft. The Census shows that two of the daughters are still at home, an extra Albrow (Sarah 9 ) is now with them
During his life, William was a Wherryman, Publican and Coal Merchant. The last family home was in Duke's Head St. Lowestoft.

Francis was married and widowed before marrying Mary. There seems to be no record of children from that marriage. Francis is recorded as a property and boat owner.

Lowestoft:
The name Lowestoft, is said to come from toft (a Viking word for "homestead"') and Loth or Lowe (a Viking male name). The town's name has been spelled variously: Lothnwistoft, Lestoffe, Laistoe, Loystoft, Laystoft. In the Domesday Book, Lowestoft is described as a small agricultural village of 20 families, or about 100 people.
